What is Womanpower?

Cardio: a blend of tribal style belly dance, flowinf "feminine" motion and veil dance.
Strength training: A "muscle meditation" for the upper body using dumbells or resistant bands and poles, and leg work fit for a "woman warrior goddess"
Stretch: Elegant postures inspired by statues of sacred temple dancers from India.

CAROLENA NERICCIO is founder / director of Fat Chance Belly Dance. She teaches, performs and produces the Tribal Basics series of video workshops.
