Tejal's ability to break down movements and explain them precisely comes from her diverse dance background. She has performed internationally with classical ballet companies, Indian folk groups and Middle Eastern dance troupes, several of which she co-directed. Also experienced in jazz, ballroom, Spanish, and African dance, Tejal has been teaching since age 14. As a soloist she has performed extensively in Theatres and Restaurants including the Lincoln Centre, New York, Harrods and The Cafe Royal in London.
