Technique and Demonstration. Kajira teaches a variety of moves, building on the vocabulary covered in Tribal Basics, adding more complex rhythms and combinations. She also demonstrates the moves with her troup so that you can follow along and get used to the moves and reading the cues.
Chorus Variations. Kajira, with members of United We Dance, demonstrate variation patterns that your tribe's chorus can use to add richness to the performance.
The DVD ends with a performance in full costume.
